    AssetBlock’s platform provides an investor with a list of investment opportunities, all relevant deal metrics (e.g. target IRR, equity multiple, investment thesis, etc.), deal economics and diligence, and tools to help calculate the value of adding this real estate to an investors portfolio. AssetBlock has a team of investor relations professionals available to field calls related to these deals and to help facilitate investments when an investor is ready.

    No. AssetBlock partners with leading cryptocurrency lenders to provide loans. As part of the investment process a member of the AssetBlock investor relations team will guide you through the borrowing process and facilitate all necessary steps along with you.

  • 13. What is a typical loan duration?
    AssetBlock investors typically see 12 month loan terms with the option to renegotiate and/or refinance their loans at maturity. A 12 month loan allows both investors and our partners to reassess the market on an annual basis and appropriately adjust the interest payments accordingly.

  • 11. Can I leverage the value of my digital assets to invest?
    Many AssetBlock investors have digital assets as a portion of their portfolio. These digital assets can be used as collateral for a USD loan and AssetBlock will invest the USD proceeds into the real estate projects for investors.

  • 10. Can I use my Algos to directly invest in real estate?
    Yes. Investors are able to directly exchange Algos for their share in the properties. A member of our investor relations team will take you through the investment process.
  • 15. What is a blockchain?
    A blockchain is, simply, a distributed and immutable database of transactions. This means that instead of storing information in a single centralized location, that piece of information is instead replicated globally in a network of locations. In doing so, the validity of the information can be guaranteed as an alternation of information in one of the locations won’t match the rest of the blockchain and therefore be rejected. Furthermore, any user can read and/or write to the blockchain, ensuring transparency without exposing personal or private information.

  • 4. Does AssetBlock purchase an entire property and manage it?
    No. AssetBlock’s investors typically fund a non-controlling equity investment in a commercial property. In doing so, AssetBlock leaves the management of the property to the professionals, our network of trusted real estate partners, while making yield (cash flows) and appreciation available to our investors.
